EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Completed Application & resume with three professional reference letters
Valid Driver’s License & Current Driving Record
Social Security Card
All certifications if you have access to them (TOVA, CPR/FA, 32 hour original copy of medication certification)
Current TB Test, showing a negative screening.
Copy of High School Diploma/GED/Degree

Qualified applicants should be able to successfully complete a fingerprint based background check.
Any and all convictions will be reviewed closely for employment eligibility.
- No Barrier Crimes are allowed. (Assault/Battery, etc.)
